The food struggle to support my running and classes lately IS REAL!  So real sometimes that all I want to do is sit in a corner and eat my fill of chocolate (YES, we struggle too!).  But, in realty, that’s nor healthy or smart, especially when trying to stay on track with my training.  Last week, as I thought about what I wanted to do with my #tastemakers Chocolate Almond Breeze I came up with a little solution to my chocolate craving while attempting to still keep it healthy and nourishing to my hungry muscles.  Then the White Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake was born!  Just 4 ingredients and under 400 calories, I enjoyed this post workout and as a late afternoon snack a few days last week.

In a blender, combined all ingredients and blend until smooth and enjoy!  As I said, this was a great post workout treat or mid-afternoon snack to satiate that snack attack!

Enjoy! xo
